Gaither Tool Co. Inc. has introduced the model GT-3531, first in a series of jacks for heavy-duty equipment and commercial vehicles. Available in September, 2011, the jack will debut at the SEMA Show, Nov, 1-4, in Las Vegas, Nev.
The GT-3531 has been tested and certified. The company says it can perform a minimum of 30,000 lifts without failure, which is higher than competitive products and unique to the North American market.
The GT-3531 has a 35-ton rating for an extensive range of large vehicles. It carries a wide hydraulic cylinder and three heavy-duty wide adaptors for stability. The solid base makes it durable and safe to operate.
The jack is suitable for low-minimum height facilities, and enables clearance on vehicles with low suspension. It comes with three adaptors as options that make the GT-3531 capable of lifting high trailer assemblies, loaded or unloaded.
“At Gaither, we never stand still when it comes to product innovation, and the launch of the all new GT-3531 jack model represents yet another milestone,” says Richard Brahler II, president of Gaither Tool. “Many of our customers have told us for many years that the market needs something different as the wear and tear on jacks in the commercial tire and service industry is a given. Therefore we have introduced this new line of products to combat the strenuous usage for a much longer period.”
The new Gaither range will be covered with a three-year warranty against all manufacturing defects.
Gaither will launch the GT-3531 along with the Bead Bazooka and GT-ABB-01 Agricultural Bead Breaker at SEMA. The company will also be presenting prototypes of further additions to the new jack range, the GT-3531-AG 35-ton tall service jack, and the GT-4532 45/20-ton service jack that will be launched in the U.S. at a later date.
