The case of the sagging Saab

This TSB applies to the 2009 Saab 9-7X with automatic air level control rear suspension, as well as 2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer and the 2009 GMC Envoy Denali.

Customers may complain that the vehicle rides rough and/or the rear of the vehicle sits low or sags.

This condition may be caused by the accessory port plug not being fully seated in the rear air suspension compressor.

Seat the accessory port plug by pushing in on the end of the plug, towards the air compressor, until the plug is fully seated.

This photo shows the accessory port plug extended (see lower right of photo).
