Suzuki Equator vibration

2009-2011 Suzuki Equator vehicles may experience a front engine mount vibration/noise. This is caused by a damaged/leaking/cracked front engine mount insulator.

The fix involves replacing both front engine mounts, stoppers and bolts.

NOTE: The two bolts P/N 11513-82Z40 are torqued to 65 ft.-lbf.; and the four bolts P/N 11513-82Z00 are torqued to 36 ft.-lbf.

Replacement parts are as follows:

P/N 11510-82z10        Mounting, engine front           Qty: 2

P/N 11516-82z20        Stopper, engine mount front   Qty: 2

P/N 11513-82z40        Bolt                 Qty: 2

P/N 11513-82z00        Bolt                 Qty: 4

1. Rear engine mounting insulator 4WD; 2. Rear engine mounting insulator 2WD; 3. LH engine mounting bracket (upper); 4. LH heat shield plate; 5. LH engine mounting insulator; 6. LH engine mounting bracket (lower); 7. RH engine mounting bracket (lower); 8. RH engine mounting insulator; 9. RH heat shield plate; 10. RH engine mounting bracket (upper).
