Matco used the event to announce the launch of two diagnostic tools, the Maximus 2.0 and the smaller, more portable maxGO Android-based tablets. Both are designed to operate fast and efficiently while also boasting IP65 specifications, meaning the devices are dustproof, droppable and waterproof to a steady stream of liquid.
The Maximus 2.0 (model number: MDMAX2) and maxGO (MDMAXGO) tablets will be available from Matco Tools beginning March 10.
Also featured at the expo was the company’s ½-inch Composite Impact Wrench (MT2769), which debuted in December 2013. It offers 1,300 ft.-lbs. of maximum torque, the company notes.Showcased was the Dual-Offset Combination Wrench line and the company’s line of premium service carts (JSC450 and JSC480).
