ASA Automotive Systems has announced that general automotive service and tire locations using its TireMaster software now have enhanced capabilities to increase vehicle parts and service revenue and gross margin through the latest release of the Epicor Integrated Service Estimator (ISE) solution.
The Web-based Epicor ISE solution enables users to quickly capture all of the parts and labor information needed to estimate and complete any common automotive repair, says the company. The software provides one-click access to the Epicor PartExpert database of more than 10 million parts, 7,800 manufacturer product lines and 27 million interchanges.
The solution also provides seamless access to OE-recommended service intervals, an aftermarket flat-rate labor guide, repair jobs database, parts interchange, and VIN decoder. Additionally, users can quickly access parts availability and pricing information from local providers. All parts, labor and supplier pricing information is then automatically uploaded to estimates, work orders and invoices generated by ASA system users.
Highlights of the new Epicor ISE include:
* New ALLDATA integration - Unique UI within Epicor ISE for navigating ALLDATA information.
* Custom or non-catalog parts pricing – Calculates the selling price for custom parts with the same calculation used for catalog parts.
* Supplier + tab - vendors with online shop/tool supply catalogs can now provide Epicor ISE users with access to these products in addition to the standard parts catalogs.
