This bulletin applies to 2010-2013 Cadillac SRX and 2013 XTS vehicles. Some customers may comment on one or more of the following concerns (which may be intermittent):
These concerns may be caused by poor terminal contact between the fuse and fuse block.
Remove the ECM_BATT and TCM_BATT fuses from the underhood fuse block and inspect each fuse terminal for contact witness marks (scratches).
If there are no contact witness marks on both terminals of either fuse, replace the underhood fuse block. If there are witness marks on both terminals of each fuse, refer to the service manual for further diagnostics.
