NAPA Picks Gates Corp. for Quality Award

Gates Corp. was presented with the NAPA Excellence in Quality award at the 2016 National Automotive Parts Association (NAPA) Vendor Summit in Atlanta, Ga.

“It is an honor to receive this award from such a long-standing and valuable customer,” said Jack Ramsey, senior vice president for the automotive aftermarket for Gates. “As NAPA’s primary belts and hose supplier since 1958, Gates has always strived to offer the highest quality products and we appreciate the opportunity to continue to do so for years to come.”

The Quality Award reflected votes from NAPA management. In presenting the award, NAPA noted the consistent product quality of Gates belt and hose categories, and that the manufacturer strives for continual quality improvement in order to offer NAPA customers the best in the market.
