ACDelco has introduced nine General Motors Original Equipment (OE) engine component gasket kits to the aftermarket.

Four new intake manifold gasket kits and five new head gasket kits cover GM engines from the 1997-2009 model years.

Here are the part numbers and engine coverage of the new GM OE gasket kits:

Manifold Sets

  • 19354271: 1997-2009 3.8L
  • 19353834: 1998-2000 2.2L
  • 19353831: 1999-2003 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L
  • 19353830: 1996-2003 3.1L, 3.4L

Head Sets

  • 19353832: 2000-2003 3.4L
  • 19353835: 2004-2005 3.4L
  • 19353829: 2004-2008 4.8L, 5.3L
  • 19353833: 2005-2009 3.4L

The new kits continue ACDelco’s efforts to expand the availability of GM OE parts in the aftermarket, and complement ACDelco’s growing selection of more than 90,000 products across 37 lines in the aftermarket.

Unlike some competitors’ products, every ACDelco GM OE gasket kit includes installation instructions validated by GM’s engineering team and manifold bolts when required. Any included bolts also have rubber seals for enhanced durability and easier installation.

Each kit is backed by a 12-month/unlimited-miles warranty.

“As the true GM OE parts brand, we want to deliver GM factory quality and make the job easier for technicians,” says Jessica Earl, product manager, ACDelco.

“Because these kits include all of the OE components they need for a cylinder head gasket or intake manifold job, technicians can be certain they have everything they need to the job correctly and efficiently.”

ACDelco is the original equipment parts brand for Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac, as well as provider of aftermarket parts for most other makes and models.
