This bulletin applies to 2013-2017 Ram 3500 trucks, 2014-2017 2500 trucks, 2014-2017 3500 Cab Chassis and 2014-2017 heavy-duty Mexico trucks. These vehicles have a drag link with an adjustable sleeve and jam nuts, which differs from the previous clamp and bolt style for toe adjustment on the recirculating ball steering system.

When tightening the drag link jam nuts, the adjuster sleeve must be held securely with a wrench. This should be obvious to any steering/suspension technician, but Chrysler wanted to point this out.

When setting the front wheel toe angle, the adjuster (2) must be held stationary when tightening the jam nuts (1).
