Some 2011-2013 Ford Mustangs may exhibit an intermittent crank/no-start and/or a blown fuse 13 in the battery junction box. DTC P0627 may be stored in the PCM.
The likely problem is wire chafing of the fuel pump module. Remove the rear seat cushion and inspect the fuel pump wire harness for chafing. If chafing is found, repair as needed.
Be sure to re-route the wire harness so that it lies in the recess area to prevent the seat cushion from digging into the harness.
