Carter Fuel Systems LLC has added 12 products for light vehicle applications, consisting of fuel pump assemblies, gasoline direct injection pumps and fuel pump tank seals.
The company says these new products extend coverage by over one million import and domestic vehicles.
The company also released 17 heavy-duty, agricultural and marine OE fuel delivery products to the automotive aftermarket. The parts are produced in the company’s Logansport, Ind. facility. Carter says it is the first fuel systems manufacturer to bring these parts to the aftermarket.
“At Carter, we are dedicated to serving our customers by continuously bringing new innovations, developments and products to market,” says Ryan Gernheuser, director of product management and service products. “We always strive to offer superior coverage, competitive pricing and an effective customer experience.”
In addition to these 29 new products, Carter created 75 new part numbers to help streamline the current Carter electric fuel pump segment. The new part numbers support the consolidation of electric fuel pump part numbers that need to be stocked.
The new products and part numbers have been added since Jan. 1, 2018.
