Irritating Caddy

Owners of 2007-2013 Cadillac Escalade vehicles may complain about a buzz or rattle noise during light acceleration around 1,200-2,000 rpm. The noise may also sound like a squeak, creak or tap which is coming from behind the instrument panel.

This could be caused by the fuel line or fuel line bracket above the left front of the transmission contacting the floor pan. Inspect and reposition the fuel line and/or bracket further down, away from the floor pan.
