Fuel Pump Needs New Connector

This bulletin applies to 2011-2016 Dodge Charger, Chrysler 300, and 2011-2014 Dodge Challenger models. The technician may experience a crank/no-start condition after the fuel pump module was replaced.

When replacing the fuel pump module for any reason, the revised fuel pump kit will include an updated harness connector. The harness connector MUST be replaced, even if there are no issues with the old connector. The new pump has terminal pins in different locations than the original pump.

The new fuel pump module kit includes an instruction sheet that details how to install the new connector.
