Standard Motor Products Inc. (SMP) has added 551 new part numbers to its BWD engine management line, covering domestic and import vehicles.

The BWD line expansion features more than 400 million additional vehicles in operation with new key category coverage through the 2014 model year. BWD expanded the fuel injector and ignition coil-on-plug lines, while significantly increasing coverage for the sensor category with new numbers in ABS speed, accelerator pedal, coolant level, coolant temperature, fuel temperature, MAP and TPMS sensors. Also of note are the additions to the switch category, including multi-function, combination, cruise control, convertible top, parking brake, power door lock, power window and more.

All new applications are listed in the eCatalog found at and in electronic catalog providers.
