Ron Hayes, chairman of the Fuels and Lubricants Subcommittee of the National Conference of Weights and Measures (NCWM) -- which developed the proposed Uniform Regulation for the Method of Sale of Commodities -- recently participated in an interview conducted by the Automotive Service Association’s (ASA) Washington, D.C., office.

The Uniform Regulation proposal for states mandates that repair shop invoices have motor oil viscosity information printed on the invoice.
