Airtex Fuel Delivery Systems, a division of Airtex Products LP, has received the President’s Award for Catalog Excellence in the web category from the National Catalog Managers Association (NCMA).

The company has won the paper catalog category before, but this marks the first time in its 77-year history to win the Web Catalog - Gold Award for 2012-2013 for its online catalog,

The NCMA President’s Catalog Excellence Awards recognize the best examples of printed and electronic cataloging in the automotive aftermarket. Winners are chosen annually and recognized at the association’s Knowledge Exchange conference in April. Web and mobile applications are evaluated on criteria such as design, navigation, use of technology, innovation, interactivity and quality of content.

The award is the highest honor given by the NCMA, a professional society within the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) dedicated to the interests of automotive aftermarket catalog managers. The NCMA is comprised of over 200 catalog, product management and marketing professionals from manufacturers, distributors and retailers around the country.

“Fuel Pump U provides our customers with total support in a user-friendly way,” says Michelle Tucker, catalog manager. “Through, we can provide today’s technicians with the most up-to-date information and tools they need to do the job right the first time.”

The company says the catalog combines all Aces and PIES data with rich media content.
