Clunck, squeak or pop -- Quieting Nissan suspension noise

A noise (clunking, squeaking, popping) may be heard when turning the steering wheel left or right, when driving over speed bumps, when driving on rough roads, or when accelerating or decelerating. The noise is traced to the front stabilizer bar bushings. This applies to 2004-2010 Armada, 2005-2010 Frontier, 2005-2010 Pathfinder, 2004-2010 Titan and 2005-2010 Xterra.

Before installing new stabilizer bar bushings, use Nissan Brake Cleaner or equivalent to clean the stabilizer bar where the bushings make contact.
