Toyota Leans Left

Some 2013-2016 Toyota Sequoia vehicles equipped with air suspension may exhibit a lean condition toward the left side. The lean condition is noticed when the vehicle is parked. A replacement front coil spring is available to correct this condition.

Make sure the vehicle has a full tank of fuel. Place the vehicle on an alignment rack to ensure that all four wheels are at the same level. Start the engine and cycle the suspension height low to high; high to neutral. Allow the vehicle to sit at each height selection for 10 seconds.

Measure vehicle ride height at the rear, at the point where the body meets the bumper at each rear wheel. Compare the differences. If lean is measured less than 10 mm, no action is required. If the difference is between 10 mm and 15 mm, change the front left spring with P/N 48132-0C090. If difference is greater than 15 mm, replace the left front spring with P/N 48132-0C100.
