Fisher Auto Parts, headquartered in Staunton, Va., has acquired the 13 Ridge & Kramer stores plus its warehouse headquartered in Benton Harbor, Mich.

“This acquisition is a great opportunity to secure our position in the marketplace with incredible inventory availability and expanded resources, while at the same time partnering with a company who shares our tradition of providing outstanding service to our customers,” says Chris Neuser, CEO of Ridge & Kramer.

“In addition, it will provide security and growth opportunities for our employees, many of whom have been with our company for generations. Fisher is a highly respected organization with a strong history and tremendous growth record that will adeptly position our stores for continued success in the future.”

Ridge & Kramer Auto Parts was founded in 1934 by Reinhold Neuser and carried on by Donald Neuser, Chris Neuser’s father.

“We are excited about partnering with the Ridge & Kramer organization,” says Bo Fisher, CEO of Fisher Auto Parts. “We believe that opportunities exist to enhance availability based on the proximity of our regional warehouses and other store locations, continue the strong Federated marketing programs and focus on many other areas where we can leverage our collective resources.
