ASE Updates and Expands ASE Store
The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) has relaunched its ASE Store, featuring an updated, easy-to-use website and an expanded product line for automotive technicians who want to show their pride in their ASE certifications.
A major goal for the new store was to add products that would appeal to an increasingly diverse group of automotive professionals, so customers will now find attractive apparel for all ASE students and professionals. Some of the new designs feature the ASE logo using today’s current trends such as technical blueprints, camouflage, and distressed, in bright as well as traditional colors. The ASE Store is the exclusive source for all ASE recognition products, such as insignia, lapel pins and medallions.
"Certified automotive professionals are rightfully proud of their accomplishments," says Tim Zilke, ASE president and CEO. "We are happy to provide them with a variety of ways to show that pride, from insignia to clothing to accessories. Our updated store will give them several new options to demonstrate their pride in ASE certification."
The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence was established in 1972 as a non-profit organization to help improve the quality of automotive service and repair through the voluntary testing and certification of automotive professionals.
Today, there are approximately 300,000 ASE certified professionals working in dealerships, independent shops, collision repair shops, auto parts stores, fleets, schools and colleges throughout the country.
