Auto-Wares Group of Companies will be expanding its network of company- owned store locations with Parts Hut operating in Hartland and Waukesha, Wis.

Parts Hut has been in business for 44 years and is owned and operated by Cindy and Dane Schulz. It has been a supporter of the Bumper to Bumper Parts Stores Program since 1976.

Auto-Wares Group of Companies President Todd Leimenstoll said, “We are pleased that Cindy and Dane have entrusted Auto-Wares to lead their company into the future using our additional resources and industry leading innovations. We look forward to the opportunity to meet the needs of the Parts Hut marketplace. We are excited to continue the Auto-Wares history of growth with a strong commitment to our independent customer’s needs, our company owned store group market growth, and acquisitions of like-minded businesses.”

“I believe the acquisition and merging of the Parts Hut Stores with the Auto-Wares Group of Companies will provide our customers with more parts and even better service,” says Cindy Schulz. “It will also afford more business tools for our customers’ needs to set themselves apart for the future.”
