Registration is open for the 2016 Women in Automotive (WIA) Conference scheduled for June 26-28 in Orlando, Fla.

WIA says attendees will learn how to better market and sell to women, as well as how to create a culture to recruit and retain women as employees.

The agenda consists of important topics for women, how to overcome challenges, and invited guests to speak on chosen topics. This conference is 100% designed to help further the discussions between women, address challenges, continue to educate, and move the industry forward, according to WIA.

WIA’s mission is to assist the automotive community in recruiting, retaining, and developing female employees and leaders. The group is particularly interested in empowering and developing women in the auto industry. For more information on the organization and to register for the conference, visit WIA’s website.
