His leadership and direction have been invaluable to the Pronto membership. We wish him well in his future endeavors and look forward to continuing to work with him as part of the Parts Authority team.

“We are also very pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Roos to the position of president. We are fortunate to have had a strong team working with Bill at Pronto headquarters, making this transition much easier. We are confident his leadership will keep Pronto focused on continued growth and process improvement for the mutual success of our members and vendor partners.”

Roos stated, “I am excited and honored to have the chance to lead the Pronto organization. Having spent the last 12 years working with and for the Pronto group has prepared me well for this opportunity. Tremendous thanks goes to Bill Maggs for his leadership over the years.
