KYB Americas Corp. has made two appointments to its expanding Customer Support Department in Greenwood, Ind. Jim Thomas has been promoted to customer support manager and Jessica Young has been named a customer support representative.

Young began at KYB as part of the packaging team and will now be reporting to Thomas.

“Continually working to improve and exceed our customer’s expectations is part of our DNA as a company,” says KYB Vice President Mike Fiorito. “These two appointments will make us smarter and stronger.”
