NPW Acquires Johnny’s Auto Parts

Johnny’s Auto Parts based in Miami, Fla., has been purchased by distributor NPW, reports Chris Pacey, executive vice president and COO of NPW and shareholder of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Inc.

Johnny’s Auto Parts has been in business for 30 years. It is a high-volume jobber servicing DIYer’s from its 7,000-square-foot store. It has 10 parts specialists available 7 days a week and is open every day except July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Johnny’s will be badged as an Auto Value store bringing with it the national identity of the Alliance program group along with all its marketing elements. Auto Value, Bumper to Bumper, and the Confidence Plus names are all part of the Alliance aftermarket distribution and marketing program.

Rolando Cordero, owner of Johnny’s, says he was pleased about the new NPW ownership in that NPW is a family-owned and managed business and that he knew the Pacey family would keep the same traditions and practices that were developed over time that created the customer base that Johnny’s services.

With this addition, NPW now has three store locations in the South Florida market and 40 stores nationwide, and 18 warehouse locations.

NPW has multiple locations across the United States and Canada, over 700 premium brands distributed and over one million part numbers in stock. NPW markets traditional, performance and truck accessories.
