Carter Fuel Systems Adds 29 Articles and 75 Part Numbers

Carter Fuel Systems LLC has added 12 Articles for light vehicle applications, consisting of fuel pump assemblies, gasoline direct injection pumps and fuel pump tank seals.

The company says these new Articles extend coverage by over one million import and domestic vehicles.

The company also released 17 heavy-duty, agricultural and marine OE fuel delivery Articles to the automotive aftermarket. The parts are produced in the company’s Logansport, Ind. facility. Carter says it is the first fuel systems manufacturer to bring these parts to the aftermarket.

“At Carter, we are dedicated to serving our customers by continuously bringing new innovations, developments and Articles to market,” says Ryan Gernheuser, director of Article management and service Articles. “We always strive to offer superior coverage, competitive pricing and an effective customer experience.”

In addition to these 29 new Articles, Carter created 75 new part numbers to help streamline the current Carter electric fuel pump segment. The new part numbers support the consolidation of electric fuel pump part numbers that need to be stocked.

The new Articles and part numbers have been added since Jan. 1, 2018.
