Auto Plus Strengthens Distribution Portfolio in Maryland

Auto Plus President and Chief Executive Officer Brent Windom reports the company has acquired East End Auto Parts in Hagerstown, Md. This purchase expands Auto Plus’ footprint in Maryland to 19 stores.

“The acquisition of East End Auto Parts adds to our distribution model and expands our footprint in the western Maryland market,” says Windom. “As we pursue our rapid growth plan across the U.S., we will continue to identify key markets where our density can be increased. East End Auto Parts is a welcome addition to our corporate store group.”

The acquisition of East End Auto Parts was finalized on Dec. 14, 2015.

Windom adds, “We are on track with our expansion plans, and look forward to continued growth in strategic markets.”
