Toyota squeal when cold

Some 2005-2010 Toyota Tacoma vehicles may exhibit a squeal noise from the blower motor when set to low speed during low ambient temperatures.
A newly designed blower motor has been made available to improve this condition. This TSB applies to all 2005-2009 Tacomas and 2010 Tacomas built before the production change effective VINs shown below:

REPAIR PROCEDURE
- Disconnect the cable fro the negative battery terminal
- Disconnect the two clips and the blower motor two-pin connector as shown in Figure 1.
- Remove the three bolts and remove the blower motor as shown in Figure 2.
- Install the new blower motor and the three3 bolts.
- Connect the two-pin blower motor connector and the two clips.
- Connect the battery negative cable.
- Confirm that the blower motor squeal is no longer present.
