Owners of 2009-2017 Buick and other GM vehicles may comment that under hard acceleration at higher speeds, the traction control light flashes, or they may come to the shop for ABS or general handling/braking concerns. This may be noticed after a new set of tires has been installed. This may be caused by tires not meeting the same tread wear, traction or temperature ratings as specified by the automaker.

Inspect to see if the tires meet the OEM ratings. If the OE tires are no longer available, make sure the replacement tires are the same type (summer or all-season), size and have the same or higher load and speed ratings.
