Ford Motor Co. says its Lincoln line will be fully electric by 2030 and the first all-electric Lincoln vehicle will make its debut next year.

By mid-decade, Ford expects that half of its global Lincoln brand volume will be comprised of zero emissions vehicles.

The electrification of Ford's luxury brand is part of the company's Ford+ plan and its investment of more than $30 billion in the development of electric vehicles.
