This bulletin applies to 2007-2015 Chevy Express vehicles equipped with a 4.8L engine. The SES lamp may be on with a DTC P001 code. If the service flow chart has been followed and it did not resolve the concern, check the oil pressure at the oil pressure sender. Check number 2 cam bearing (this is the location the oil is fed from, to the actuator).
