Some owners of 2014-2015 Buick Verano vehicles may complain that the HVAC intermittently only blows cold air at operating temperatures, even when the controls are set in the warmest position. On dual-zone vehicles, this concern could only be on one side or both sides.

Start the engine and warm to operating temperature. Adjust the controls to the coldest position for 20 seconds. Then adjust to the warmest setting. Cycle the temperature from coldest to hottest position three to four times. If this corrects the concern, replace the affected temperature valve actuator. If this does not correct the concern, inspect the HVAC temperature door for any binding or obstruction. If the temperature actuator valve must be replaced, use P/N 13372987.
