The torque sequence of the bushing is critical to resolving the rattling and creaking noise. Refer to the service manual.

This bulletin applies to 2013-2017 Buick Enclave vehicles where a rattle or creak noise at slow speeds over bumps is heard. The noise may be coming from the front control arm front bushing.

If the noise cannot be pin pointed via visual and chassis ear inspection, replace the front lower control arm front bushing on the side that is making the noise. Note that the torque sequence of the bushing is critical to resolving the issue. Refer to the service manual.
