Some 2017-2018 Ford F-150/Raptor and 2018 Expedition or Mustang vehicles equipped with a 10R80 automatic transmission and built on or before Nov. 20, 2017, may have a sticking torque converter clutch (TCC) in the main control valve body.
When diagnosing a 2010-2015 Buick LaCrosse or 2011-2015 Regal for a “Service Stability/Traction” message, you may find DTC C0710 with symptom code 71 set in the EBCM. For vehicles equipped with electric power steering, a “Service Steering” message may be present also set in the power steering control module (PSCM).
This bulletin applies to 2013-2016 Acura RDX, 2017 RDX 2WD and 2017 RDX 4WD vehicles. A pop or clunk noise may be heard from the rear suspension when driving on rough roads in cold weather with temperatures below 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

Some owners of 2014-2016 Cadillac XTS vehicles may comment on a Service Power Steering message displayed on the DIC (driver information center) after a cold start. This condition may be intermittent. When checking for DTCs, the power steering control module may report C056D 3C, C0475 00 or the BCM may report a U0131 set as current or in history.
This bulletin applies to 2015 Jeep Renegade vehicles built on or before Sept. 30, 2015, and equipped with a 9-speed transmission. The customer may not be able to shift the transmission out of the Park position while the engine is running at idle and the brake pedal is applied.
This bulletin applies to 2015-2016 RAM 1500, 2500, 3500 and 4500 trucks, and involves updating the integrated trailer brake module (ITBM) with the latest software. The customer may describe an intermittent condition where the trailer brakes feel as if they are not working for the first few brake applications.
Some customers driving a 2015-2018 Chevy Silverado may comment on a surging condition that is felt when driving. During diagnosis, the technician may determine this as a torque converter shudder. This condition may be caused by additives in the transmission fluid that may have depleted during vehicle operation. Some of these additives assist with regulating a consistent slip rate of the clutches.
Some 2014-2017 Ford Fusion vehicles equipped with a 1.5L GTDI engine and an odometer reading 10,000 miles or above may exhibit a low coolant, white exhaust smoke and a MIL on, with DTCs P0217, P0300. P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304, P0316 and/or P1299. This condition may be due to an intake manifold bolt backing out.
This bulletin applies to 2014-2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles equipped with a V6 turbo 3.0L diesel engine. The MIL may be on accompanied by DTCs P0335-00 (crankshaft position sensor circuit) and P0336-00 (crankshaft position sensor performance). The customer may note that the vehicle will not accelerate quickly over 50 MPH, as the vehicle may be in limp mode.
Some 2012-2014 Lincoln Navigator vehicles equipped with a 5.4L engine and built on or before May 13, 2014, may exhibit a driveline clunk at highway speeds over 70 mph during tip-out driving conditions.
This bulletin applies to 2016 BMW 2-series, 3-series and 4-series vehicles. If a thumping noise is heard from the front axle during slow speed turning, the noise most typically occurs at ambient temperatures above 75 degrees F and at normal engine operating temperature. The affected vehicles are outfitted with a specific steering gear, and more importantly, a problematic tie rod.
This bulletin applies to all 2014 and later Kia vehicles. If a no-start condition due to a dead battery is encountered and the shifter cannot be moved out of park in order to move the vehicle, utilize the "shift lock release” button to move the shifter from park to neutral.
