Some 2014 Ford Explorer, Flex and Taurus vehicles equipped with a 3.5L gasoline turbocharged direct injection (GTDI) engine and built on or before February 20, 2014, may exhibit a raw fuel type odor that is most noticeable near the intake manifold.

Some 2011-2014 Ford F-150 trucks built on January 1, 2011, and through April 1, 2014, may exhibit an intermittent click or snap-type noise from the rear axle on initial light acceleration from a stop while in drive or reverse.

There are issues with some 2009-2016 Ford E-Series, F-Super Duty, 2009-2015 F-53 Motorhome and 2011-2015 F-59 Stripped Chassis vehicles equipped with a TorqShift transmission and transmission built on or before December 15, 2015.
