The inground telescopic piston DiamondLift from Stertil-Koni USA is electronically synchronized for safety and convenience and can service low-ground clearance vehicles.
The Continuous Recess version with a broad base frame or cassette is recommended for vehicles with low ground clearance, such as city transit and articulated buses, to prevent damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle. The movable pistons can recess below floor level anywhere within the travel range.
The DiamondLift is available in two, three and four-piston configurations. At up to 35,000 lbs. capacity per piston, a four-piston configuration can lift 140,000 lbs.
Other features include hard-chrome plated piston rods for maximum protection against corrosion, wear and debris; a mechanical locking system that utilizes a hardened, nitro carburized locking rod for maximum protection; and the company’s ebright Smart Control System that provides fingertip control through a touchscreen.
All power units and control components are located above floor level and the lift requires only 4.5 gallons of hydraulic fluid per piston.
