Clore Automotive Inc. has added a 500 lumen COB LED (chip-on-board light emitting diode) rechargeable work light, model no. LNC 1541, to its Light-N-Carry brand Article line.
The company says the LNC 1541 is an ideal shop tool, combining high lumen output, long run times, multiple lighting functions, a dust/water resistant housing and an easy-to-use micro-USB charging system.
Its 500 lumen max output work light function will illuminate dark work areas, including engine compartments, undercarriages and other problem areas for technicians. The LNC 1541 also features a low work light function at 150 lumens for those applications where intense 500 lumen output is not necessary.
Its work light function is powered by advanced COB LED technology for clear, bright viewing, elimination of hard edges, and delivery of cool, pleasing light, according to Clore. The unit also features a 60 SMD lumen focus beam function for use when pinpointing specific trouble spots.
Features include a four-hour run time in the high work light setting, rugged GRIP-TECH housing for nonslip handing, and IP54 protection from dust and water. A 180-degree swivel handle with magnet mounting and a hang hook enable ideal placement for most applications. It uses a micro-USB charging system for fast, easy and convenient recharging.
