Dec. 8, 2020

Integrated Supply Network (ISN) has hired Tricia Sportsman as its vice president of people and culture.

Sportsman comes to ISN with a broad range of strategic people experiences including employee engagement, talent growth, diversity and culture-based knowledge from recent time spent at Fortune 150 global organizations.

Her role in the ISN organization will enable an evolution of human resources to a strategic organizational function focused on people and culture to drive effectiveness and growth. She will be instrumental in working with the leadership team and across all functions to make significant shifts in developing and growing talent, while collaboratively executing upon a people strategy designed to position ISN as a premier mid-sized organization in Central Florida.

“Our team is doing amazing work bringing new digital transformation innovation to the market,” says Tim Kolbus, CEO, “and through Sportsman’s guidance I’m confident we’ll be able to improve how our teams manage these strategic projects from inception to implementation.”

“In my short time with ISN I am so impressed by the people,” says Sportsman. “Despite the pandemic, ISN is growing and the culture has proven to be a driving force behind that. We have a strong foundation of people and envision building upon that to level up the entire employee experience at ISN from our corporate office to our distribution sites.”
