This bulletin applies to all Volkswagen TDI diesel vehicles, such as the 2011 Jetta Sportwagen, regarding the start of injection checking and adjusting.
The procedure to properly check and adjust the start of injection is performed using the VAS 5051 in address word 01-Group 000. This function must be carried out in basic settings and not in measure value block.
