Some owners of 2008-2009 Dodge Caravan and Town & Country/Voyager models may find that the roof rack cross bow adjustment thumb screws have seized or corroded when attempting to adjust the cross bows.
The plastic knob may twist off of the fasteners due to fastener corrosion. Inspect all four thumb screws. If corrosion is found, replace all using P/N 68052294AB (kit of four).
