Owners of 2007-2011 Cadillac CTS, SRX or STS models may comment about a check engine light on during or after a crank-no-start event or a hard start/extended crank. A DTC P0336 may be stored.
If the concern is encountered and the engine is now running fine, it is possible that the concern is fuel or injector related, and the P0336 is a result of the no-start and not the cause.
Verify fuel quality and injectors before replacing the crank sensor or ECM for this concern.
