This bulletin applies to 2015-2016 Porsche Cayenne PHEV vehicles. The MIL may be on, with no unwanted behavior detected.
The technician may find DTC P0C4700 present in the high voltage battery (low temperature chiller fault).
PCNA (Porsche Cars North America) is aware of this issue. A bad ground has been found in a number of cases.
The service recommendation is to check ground continuity and replace the electric water pump and the electric water pump relay if necessary.
