Autel Intelligent Technology Corp. Ltd. has introduced a line of tools to help technicians analyze the health of batteries and a vehicle's electrical system. The MaxiBAS (Battery Analysis System) is an intelligent battery and electrical system diagnostics tool line.
It is designed for technicians of any level and features easy-to-follow guided instructions. The tool also can be used to register new batteries.
The MaxiBAS debuts with four models: the BT609, a 7-inch Android tablet; the BT608, a 5.5-inch Android tablet with an attached thermal report printer; and the BT508 and BT506, which work with Autel-developed apps.
All of the tools use adaptive conductance, which produces a more accurate examination of the battery’s cold cranking ability and reserve capacity.
