BMW Issues Countershaft Recall

BMW of North America is recalling certain 2019-2020 330i, 330i xDrive and 2019 Z4 vehicles equipped with a 2.0L engine. 

The needle roller bearings of the counterbalance shafts may have been improperly installed, potentially causing the counterbalance shaft to loosen. This can result in severe engine damage.
