This bulletin applies to 2017-2018 Buick Cascada vehicles. The MIL may be on and DTC P0366 and P0014 may be set.
This condition may be caused by a sporadically unlocked exhaust cam phaser that can oscillate during engine start, falsely setting the DTCs.
If the vehicle has this concern, reprogram the ECM software with the latest software available.
