Porsche Plug-In, Hybrid Code Issue

This bulletin applies to 2015-2016 Porsche Cayenne PHEV vehicles. The MIL may be on, accompanied by DTC P0C4700 present in the high voltage battery. Often this failure mode is not accompanied by other unwanted behavior. A bad ground has been found in a number of cases. The service recommendation is to check ground continuity and replace the electric water pump and the electric water pump relay if necessary.
