Hahn Automotive Warehouse, Inc., a Rochester, N.Y.-based corporation, announced that it acquired the assets of Carparts Distribution Center, Inc., a Plaistow, New Hampshire-based company.
Both Hahn and Carparts are warehouse distributors of aftermarket automotive parts. Hahn Automotive announced that Carparts president Stan Lewis will continue with the company as general manager for the New England store group.
Carparts is a warehouse distributor of aftermarket automotive parts with its main warehouse location in Plaistow, New Hampshire, along with 20 retail stores located in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine.
