This bulletin applies to 2014-2019 Mazda6 vehicles. Some vehicles may exhibit the check engine light on with DTC P0456 stored in the PCM memory (EVAP system leak detected...very small leak).
This bulletin applies to 2013-2017 Mazda CX-5, 2014-2017 Mazda6, 2014-2017 Mazda3, 2016-2017 CX-3, 2016-2017 MX-5 and 2016-2017 CX-9 vehicles. Some vehicles may experience the check engine light on with DTC P2610 and P2507 stored in memory after engine start, with room fuse 15A removed.
This bulletin applies to 2014-2018 Mazda3 and Mazda6 vehicles equipped with GDI (gasoline direct injection). If the vehicle is driven on extremely short trips most of the time (where the engine never reaches normal operating temperature), the engine oil may become diluted with fuel, and engine oil level will increase.
This bulletin applies to 2009-2013 Mazda6 vehicles. Some vehicles may experience the check engine light on with DTC P1450:00 (unable to bleed fuel tank vacuum) stored in memory. The concern may be caused by the purge valve, which has since been modified to eliminate the concern.
This bulletin applies to 2009-2011 Mazda6 models. A click or pop noise may be heard during low speed braking. The noise is likely caused by the front brake pads contacting the mounting support. According to Mazda, a special grease is available, to be applied to the front brake pads and retainers to eliminate the noise.
