Some 2020 Toyota Camry, Camry HV, RAV4, RAV4 HV and Corolla Hatchback models equipped with a DCM (data communications module) may exhibit a B15A8** DTC (most likely B15A804) in history during PDS (pre-delivery service).

This bulletin applies to 2017-2020 Toyota Highlander, 2018-2020 Camry, 2019-2020 Avalon,  2020 RAV4,  2019-2020 Corolla Hatchback, 2017-2020 Sienna, 2016-2020 Tacoma and 2020 Corolla vehicles.


Toyota Skid Control Update

Some 2015-2017 Toyota Camry vehicles may exhibit a “Check Brake System” message on the MID (multi-information display) in the combination meter/instrument assembly at engine start-up along with DTC C1441.


Cam Sensor Leaks

This bulletin applies to 2017-2018 Toyota Highlander and Sienna, 2018 Camry and 2016-1028 Tacoma models. Some vehicles equipped with a 2GR-FKS 3.5L engine may exhibit an engine oil leak from the cam sensor bolt holes. The flange bolts and the camshaft housings have been changed to address the issue.


Booster Boo-Boo

Toyota has issued a recall involving certain 2017 Sienna and Tacoma models, 2017 Lexus RX350 models, and 2018 Camry and Highlander vehicles, concerning build dates from October 2017 to November 2017.


Spare Tire Recall

This bulletin applies to a host of 2017 Toyota models, including Avalon, Camry, Corolla, Highlander, 4Runner, Prius, RAV4, Sienna and Yaris. It seems that a recall was issued for vehicles built during March 2017 because the temporary emergency spare tire may not have been adjusted to the correct inflation pressure, which may render it inappropriate if installed.


Toyota Brake Recall

Toyota has issued a recall for certain 2018 Camry and Highlander, and 2017 Sienna, Tacoma and Lexus RX350 vehicles, built from October 2017 – November 2017.


Blind Spot Bug

Some 2015-2016 Toyota Camry vehicles equipped with Blind Spot Monitor may exhibit a Blind Spot Monitor warning message, along with DTC C1AB2 (short to ground in outer mirror indicator....master) or C1AB3 (short to ground in outer mirror indicator...slave).


Toyota Throttle Body Update

This bulletin applies to 2007-2011 Toyota Camry HV vehicles equipped with a 2AZ-FE engine. An updated throttle body has been released.
