Many vehicles are equipped with wheel nuts that feature a stainless steel cap/cladding, such as those used on 2012 and prior GM vehicles. When removing or installing wheel nuts with stainless steel caps, using a shallow socket may crack the cap causing corrosion underneath the cap and nut.

This bulletin applies to 2012-2013 Buick LaCrosse vehicles. There may be an MIL on, battery Indicator or Service Charging System message on, with any combination of DTCs P1EAB, P1B33, P1B34, P1B35, P1B36, P1B37, P1B38 or P1B39.
This bulletin applies to 2008-2011 Buick Enclave models. During normal diagnostics and/or repair, technicians may find that the ABS light, Traction Control and/or Stabilitrak indicators may be on with no DTCs displayed in the EBCM. This condition may be due to the EBCM requiring a full power-down to reset the diagnostic monitoring after a Clear All DTCs command has been performed with the Tech2.
